DWTS Week 4: Most Memorable Year…

 Week 4 – Most Memorable Year…

Alexa and Mark danced a Foxtrot to “Mama Said” by The Shirelles and it was good but it was not as good as last week. She messed up her choreography and her frame in closed position was sinking, she needed to pull up her centre. They scored 7,7,7 totalling 21.

Gary and Anna danced a Jazz Routine to “That’ll Be The Day ” by Buddy Holly and it was very different. He was very passionate about his routine but he had a very unusual interpretation but none the less it was fun to watch. They scored 5,6,5 totalling 16.

Tamar and Val danced a rumba to “King ” by herself Tamar and it was beautifully danced to some beautiful choreography. She had some great leg action but she had a difficult time emoting through her eyes but the rest of the connection was there. They scored 9,9,9 totalling 27.

Hayes and Emma danced a Contemporary Routine to “Stitches ” by Shawn Mendes and it was absolutely amazing!!! Fantastic choreography! I absolutely loved it. Wow ! I can see why he’s so popular! They scored 9,9,9 totalling 27.

Alek and Lindsay danced a Paso Doble to “Wake Me Up ” by Avicii and it was very good considering everything he has been through. Needs to work on shaping and keeping his hips forward . Good for you! They scored 8,8,8 totalling 24.

Nick and Sharna danced a Jazz Routine to “Everybody…Backstreet’s Back ” by the Backstreet Boys and it was awesome!! It really looked like Lyrical Hip Hop to me but still awesome! Great moves… Loved it! They scored 9,9,9 totalling 27.

Carlos and Whitney danced a Waltz to “Amazing Grace ” by Judy Collins and it was beautiful but it was most definitely not a traditional waltz. It was a Contemporary Routine. But that being said it was beautifully danced. Needs to work on balance and posture and frame. They scored 9,8,8 totalling 25.

Paula and Luis danced a Cha Cha to “Respect ” by Aretha Franklin and it was pretty good. She did lose her balance a couple of times. But she didn’t forget choreography this time, that’s amazing. She gets caught up in the music and starts dancing her own stuff. But fun to watch. They scored 6,6,6 totalling 18.

Andy and Allison danced a Cha Cha to “Good To Be Alive ” by himself Andy Grammer and it was good but again not a traditional Cha Cha. I like her but Allison really needs to let him lead it and wait for him no matter what the choreography is. He needs to work on footwork and posture and bending one knee at a time. They scored 7,8,8 totalling 23.

Bindi and Mark danced a Contemporary Routine to “Every Breath You Take” by Aaron Krause featuring Liza Anne and it was absolutely amazingly beautifully danced. Have no words…so choked up, can’t see through the tears to type. Just lovely . They scored 9,9,10 28.
